"How's the house coming?"

I get asked that question a lot. The simple answer is "good." Oh, but the real answer is not so simple. Building a house takes a lot of time, a lot of thought, a lot of planning. The crazy thing is, is that even though it can become all consuming, I kinda like it. I LOVE the time it takes, the thought, the planning. I could talk about it all day and night. Crazy right?!

Here's the thing, I work from home so I am in my house all day, every day. So yep, I am obsessed about this build because I will be in it 24/7. I want this house to be a haven, to be a comfort, to be a showstopper, to be all those and more rolled up in one. Now will we create that? The word is still out on that. But we will definitely get an A for effort when it's done.

So how's it going? It's going good. For now.
